Raintree Village is a private, covenant community with 114 individual patio homes conveniently located close to shopping, churches and all the necessities.
There are a variety of home styles and floor plans, including 1, 1-½ and 2-story plans with 2-car attached garages. Most homes have basements, and each has a privacy-fenced back yard.
HOA dues are currently $210/month and cover maintenance of common areas, mowing, edging, fertilizing of residents’ non-fenced areas, sprinkler systems (non-fenced areas only), trash, and snow removal (4” min). Bi-weekly recycling is available at the homeowner’s expense.
Raintree offers resident participation in a variety of activities such as book club, coffee group, monthly lunches, and holiday parties as state and local laws allow. Two swimming pools and clubhouses are available for residents and their guests.
